Check-In & Check Out

Check in after 3:00 pm.  

Check Out is 11:00 am.  

Late Check Outs

Late check outs are subject to availability and must be requested 24 hours in advance.  An additional fee will be charged ranging from 50% to 100% of nightly rate plus tax.

Smoking

All units are No Smoking.  Ashtrays are provided outside.  A $150 service fee will be charged to the credit card on file if smoking is detected in the rental unit.

Pets

All Motel and Suites are No Pets.  

All Cabins are Dog Friendly with a $25 nightly Pet Fee for each pet up to 2 pets (under 20 lbs).  All other types of animals are prohibited.  Dogs may NOT be left unattended and loose inside the cabin.  A pet carrier or crate may be used to confine the dog for a short period of time.   

Visitors

An additional fee will be charged for Visitors ($5 per person per day).  Visitors must exit the property by 10:00 pm.

Minimum Stay

Some cabins require a 2 night minimum stay or a 3 night minimum stay on Holidays.  We may be able to accommodate a one night stay if availability allows.

Additional People

Charge for additional people in cabins:  $10/day, $50/week

Charge for additional people in RV Site:  $5/day, $20/week, $40/month

Taxes

All rooms are subject to a 12% Hotel Tax

Standard Reservation Deposit & Cancellation

The first nights room rate plus tax will be charged at the time of booking and the balance will be charged the day prior to arrival

(due date).  If the balance is not paid by the due date, the reservation will be cancelled and the deposit will be forfeited.  

A full refund (less $25 cancellation fee) will be issued if cancelled at least 7 days prior to arrival date.

Holiday Reservation Deposit & Cancellation

The entire stays room rate will be charged at booking for Easter, Memorial Weekend, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas.  A full refund (less $25 cancellation fee) will be issued if cancelled at least 14 days prior to arrival.

Early Departures

Guests who check out prior to their scheduled departure date will be charged a fee equal to one nights room rate plus tax.  The departure date must be changed no later than check in to avoid the early departure charge.  If booked over a minimum stay requirement or Holiday, the entire stays room rate will be charged.

Refunds

There are no refunds for weather related issue

Specific Unit or Specific RV Site Request

We will do our best to accommodate a request for a Specific Unit or a Specific RV Site but cannot guarantee they will be available upon arrival.  ​The type of unit reserved will be guaranteed.  

No Show

The entire stay will be charged for reservations that are not cancelled.

Lost and Found

Belongings left behind will be kept for 14 days.  We are happy to send belonging back with a prepaid shipping label.

Fireworks

Fireworks are not permitted
